Eyelashes & Eyebrows Growth Oil

I got this oil as a gift and since there is no expiration date on it or anything indicating how long it can be used for , im guessing it might have expired but ive only had it for 4 months anyways im applying it as usual as my eye got so red and started itching i thought it was only me i had my friend and sister try it and their eyes got really red and they couldn’t even open it
This is really bad and i would honestly never use this brand again nor recommend it
Ive scanned it to see if any expiration date was mentioned and nothing was
